Summary

Here’s the idea. We have up to 10 crew, and six primary manoeuvres. We all know these go much more smoothly when everybody knows who is doing what, to whom, and when. This gathering (complete with a cooler!) will use our experience to assign each crew position a role/responsibility within each manoeuvre: and, most importantly, write it down! This becomes our “play book” that we can circulate and practice against. I promise this will be a fun and lively event. I suggest the WYC club house since there is a screen/whiteboard etc.
